What’s the most fun part of the game?  Hitting!

Batting cages were originally only available to professional athletes.  Now almost anyone (serious or casual players) can enjoy the fun and benefits of a highly accurate, speed controlled pitching machine.  For beginners or professionals, hardball or softball, your custom experience is one you’re sure to enjoy.

Teams of all ages and skill levels are welcome to practice side-by-side in our netted training space.  Or come on your own to perfect your technique.  When you spend time at the batting cages you can concentrate on your swing and making contact with the ball.  Muscle memory and coordination improve with repetition.  In time, a good swing becomes second nature.

Come hit a few balls with friends, family, or teammates.  Batting practice provides a great opportunity for stress relief.

Shawano Sports Park has five different batting stations.  Our pitching machine adjusts for both height and speed (up to 75 miles per hour).  We provide bats of different weights and lengths, batting helmets, and hardballs or softballs.  You may choose to bring your own equipmet.

 

Any age or skill level can have fun or practice for the game.

- Slow Pitch Softball or Baseball

- Little League Baseball (30-35 mph)

- Fast Pitch Softball (60-65 mph)

- Fast Pitch Baseball (55-70 mph)

- Select-A-Pitch (50, 60, or 70 mph)
